- Can purchase additional warranty up to 2 years. You may pay an additional warranty fee for:
+ Buy more 06 months is 05% of the product category's price
+ Buy one more year fee is 10%, 02 years is 20% of the product category's price (up to 02 years can be purchased)
+ Warranty period package (additional purchase is not more than 02 years)
- Delivery right in Hanoi, within 02 days from the date of order at (KhuvucApdung*)

- Time to receive and process under warranty:
+ Induction cooker is T+1 (Within 01 day from the date of receiving information). Lend customers another kitchen if faulty for temporary use (if the customer does not have a replacement kitchen)
